​Bed bugs (Cimex lectularius) are small, flat, parasitic insects that feed exclusively on the blood of their host; commonly on people and animals while they sleep.

What are their habits?
​Bed Bugs look for a easy blood meal, hence is why the feed on thier host while they sleep. Bed bugs will not travel far to feed, meaning once bed bugs finish thier blood meal from their unknowing sleeping host, they will return back to thier hiding place.

2. What Do Bed Bugs Look Like?

​Bed bugs are reddish-brown in color, wingless, adults can range from 1mm to 7mm (roughly the size of Lincoln’s head on a penny). Nymphs (their babies) will range from 1.3mm to 5mm in size.
